About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Category Manager (Drainage), this is an exciting role for someone who wants to manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of products.

This includes being hands on in the product innovation and development and tracking market data and insights to successfully drive top-line growth of your portfolio of products.

In this busy role, you will manage products within building drainage, stormwater & land drainage product categories.

As the SME when it comes to the customer, the competitive market, channel and industry trends, you will need to work collaboratively and be able to partner with the business, to deliver on results and business outcomes.

What will you do?


* Product Strategy: Develop comprehensive product strategies that are designed to improve product profitability and growth and reinvigorate product innovation.


* Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct regular market and customer research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.  Translate insights into opportunities for product growth and product innovation.
