Due to an internal promotion, our Services team looks forward to you joining our close-knit team as our next Inside Sales Specialist.

Based in Malaga (Perth, Western Australia), you will enjoy an exciting new career challenge as you take ownership of dedicated accounts, building strong Customer relationships and maximising revenue.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:



* Developing and maintaining relationships to grow Services revenue


* Deploying sales activities remotely (e.g.

Phone, Internet, E-mail, Social Media etc.)


* Creating and executing customised Action Plans that achieve and support business growth


* Proactively educate Customers on service offers and benefits


* Managing and developing a sales pipeline as you maintain a strategic view to managing and developing accounts


* Utilise digital platforms for sales, engagement and other requirements (e.g.

CRM utilisation)

About You

You want to make an Impact.

You love dealing with Customers, collaborating with teams and a variety of other stakeholders locally and globally.

Ideal candidates will possess;



* Previous experience in a similar position within Virtual or Outside Sales


* A strong customer service background and a proven ability to achieve set objectives


* Intermediate computer skills, ideally experienced in the use of a CRM tool or similar database


* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships


* The curiosity to learn and the desire to develop knowledge and skills as you receive coaching from those around you


* Those with previous experience in the use of Salesforce will be viewed favourably, as will those with a technical background and/or knowledge of Schneider Electric products/services
