Job Summary: 

The Senior Manufacturing Test Software Engineer will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of automated test systems for electronic hardware.

You will design and maintain robust test software frameworks primarily using NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and Python, supporting high-reliability PCBA manufacturing across production sites in China, Vietnam, and the US.

Duties/Responsibilities: 


* Lead the design, development, and deployment of automated test software solutions for PCBA and system-level testing.


* Architect reusable software frameworks in LabVIEW, TestStand, and Python.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware and Firmware engineering leads to develop robust manufacturing test fixtures, software frameworks, and factory workflows.


* Lead root-cause investigations across tester and DUT failures, collaborating with manufacturing and design engineering personnel to resolve testing problems.


* Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports for use by engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel.


* Implement proprietary communication protocols for communicating with external devices via Bluetooth, USB/HID and UART protocols.


* Drive test data collection and visualization strategies using SQL, LabView, and Python.


* Serve as a subject matter expert on test software best practices.
