Bachelor's degree (B.

S.) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic Qualifications:


* 4 years minimum experience in plant operational management and/or an equivalent large segment of a business.


* Excellent communication skills (presentations, verbal and written)


* Capable of leading teams and measuring deliverables


* Highly knowledgeable with production planning concepts such as MRP, MRP II, ATP, CTP etc.


* Thorough understanding of material flow in heavy industry


* Exceptional analytical and conceptional thinking skills


* High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
+ Access database experience a plus


* Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
