The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking financial performance, providing financial support and leadership to the Global Talent Management organization.

This role requires completing financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of financial data to help influence business decisions and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


* Prepare financials and provide leadership support during business plan, forecast updates, and latest thinking.

Identify potential risks or opportunities in meeting expected results and propose recommendations and solutions based on financial analysis and expertise.


* Quarter-end close responsibilities (journal entries, financial reports, and FP&A support)


* Develop strong business partnerships with Global Talent Management leaders across the HR areas of Enterprise Learning & Development, Employee Mobilization, and Decision Science


* Responsible for various submissions and framing to Global HR FP&A throughout all financial cycles (business plan, forecast updates, latest thinking, quarterly actual vs.

budget, headcount, etc.)


* Ownership of J&J’s Global Moving and Relocation (M&R) budget which includes partnership with regional CFOs as it relates to Global Finance moves


* Support budget up leveling and the implementation of new technologies to drive automation and efficiencies (SigniFi) and embrace the new ways of working


* Other ad-hoc work based on business and finance needs
