Position Overview

Shockwave Medical is seeking an accomplished and visionary Sales Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and execution across the region, with a focus on expanding patient access to Shockwave IVL in both the cardiovascular and peripheral spaces.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the DACH healthcare landscape.

You will need to lead, inspire and empower cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will engage closely with key stakeholders including local physician communities, the European leadership team, International Marketing, R&D and other strategic partners to assess market needs, develop high-impact strategies and execute with precision.

Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Shockwave as the market leader in IVL technology.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Team Development


* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Sales Representatives to exceed revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
