This position reports to Head of Key Account Management and is based in Solna, Stockholm.

What you will do

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building profitable Kenvue Consumer sales and market share within the key account portfolio.

To meet our customer needs and implement best-in-class solutions to drive distribution, display, promotional activity & recommendation utilizing the Kenvue Way toolkit.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop & execute customer specific account plans in conjunction with the annual planning process to optimize Kenvue objectives and meeting customer needs.


* Negotiate and implement plans to achieve sales, profit contribution, SKU distribution on both established brands & NPIs, promotions, customer staff training, display and merchandising objectives


* Initiate, build and maintain Joint Business Plans with assigned customers


* To secure implementation of category solution & innovation projects through to in-store execution.


* Actively uphold Kenvue values and leadership behaviors, whilst conducting themselves at all times with integrity in their business dealings and professional relationships.


* To secure the optimal Field Sales execution in the assigned key accounts where applicable and communicate in a timely manner with the Field Sales team.


* To work cross functionally with relevant internal functions to meet customer expectations

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Experience as Sales Manager, Account Manager or Key Account Manager


* Experience in Joint Business Planning
