We are searching for the best talent for Sr Mgr LCM MSAT to be in Raritan, NJ.
Purpose: The ideal candidate will lead a team of material science engineers and scientists, providing strategic direction and ensuring technical competence in addressing complex challenges.

This position requires the ability to navigate a global site network and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to drive critical programs to successful completion.
You will be responsible for:


* Oversee and mentor a team of material science engineers and scientists dedicated to lifecycle management.


* Provide technical direction and ensure the team maintains a high standard of technical competence in solving complex engineering problems.


* Manage multiple projects simultaneously that significantly impact the organization’s portfolio.


* Prioritize project workflows and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
