✨ What You’ll Do:

✅ Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new users throughout implementation.
✅ Provide upgraded training for existing clients and internal staff.
✅ Design and develop training programs, documentation, and learning resources.
✅ Use your expert communication skills to present complex concepts in an engaging way.
✅ Occasionally travel onsite to deliver hands-on training sessions.

? What We’re Looking For:

? Education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
? Proven experience in training, education, and developing training materials.
? Strong presentation & facilitation skills—you make learning exciting and effective!
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills—you connect with learners at all levels.
? Proficiency in U.S.

Medical Billing processes, terms, and regulations (a must!).
