Technical Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:



* Respond to incoming support calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.


* Assist clients with software implementation and data extraction to optimize their experience.


* Use remote login tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


* Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on pending support cases.


* Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to support resources.


* Foster strong client relationships by providing clear, helpful solutions.


* Stay up to date on software updates and help roll out new features.


* Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless support.


* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For:



* A customer-first mindset with a polite and professional attitude.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on issue severity.


* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows functions and file structure.


* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and SQL (a plus, but not required).
