What you'll do: 


* Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results


* Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media


* Match customers with their dream units by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions


* Create buzz by participating in dealership events, promotions, and show to drive new business


* Foster and maintain strong connections with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales 

What we're looking for: 


* A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and win


* Background in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)


* Experience in a dealership setting is a plus


* Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology


* Neat, clean, and professional appearance


* Availability to work Saturdays (where the magic happens!)


* Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (a plus, not required)


* Ability to pass a background check and drug test


* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
