Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a QC Intern located in Raritan, NJ.

The QC intern will get experience with:


* Sample Management: Aids laboratory staff with the receipt and management of samples and supplies, including reagents.


* Quality Testing: Performs testing on finished goods while under general supervision.


* Quality Analysis: Develops knowledge of QC standards to review quality analysis results and report any issues.


* Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Supports these initiatives under supervision, contributing to lab efficiency and effectiveness.


* Company Values: Understands and incorporates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into daily team interactions.

Qualifications:



* Be enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's degree majoring in microbiology/biology or adjacent fields


* GPA of 2.8 or above.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills.


* Focus on teamwork and communication is vital, ensuring that interactions align with the company's ethical standards and leadership principles.


* Willingness to learn and adapt to QC standards demonstrates potential for growth within the company.
