This position reports to Global Contingent Workforce Program Lead

Travel %: 10 %

What you will do

The Global Contingent Workforce Manager has a deep understanding of regional contingent workforce operations, labor regulations and compliance requirements.

You will manage the delivery and performance of our MSP provider and VMS technology, help shape and implement category strategies for contingent workforce program in APAC and EMEA.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal and regional HR partners to align external workforce operations to total talent strategy and overall enterprise objectives.

As needed you will engage with executive stakeholders across the enterprise to communicate performance and needs.

In addition, this role will have close collaboration with Sourcing colleagues to evaluate spend and headcount data to determine opportunities for operational centralization and implementation of global external workforce sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure third parties i.e.

MSP/MSV and VMS meets or exceed Key Performance indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Serve as the point of escalation ensuring ongoing operational initiative performance, including issues and risks, and resolve or escalate to executives, as appropriate

• Review and validate headcount and spend reporting for APAC and EMEA ensuring data accuracy for program cascade to the KLT.

• Manage the execution of a cohesive external workforce governance model for APAC and EMEA, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

• Support the standardization of operating procedures for end-to-end service delivery

• Ensure the third parties are appropriately integrated into Kenvue's operations to enable seamless operational flow

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

• 7 years of experience in contingent labor program, regional labor requirements preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced

environment
