What You Will Do

As a Senior Global Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality records, coordinating change control documentation, proposing corrective action plans, and providing support for technology transfer and process improvement.

You will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to support implementation, execution and continuous improvement of quality system processes e.g., Document Management, Training, Investigation & CAPA

• Support transactional activities related to the Global Process e.g., Document Management, Training Administration

• Support Global Process Owner in driving and executing strategic programs related to the Quality Management System

• Support Global Process Owners with preparation/follow-ups from quality audits and inspections

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-driven decision-making

• Support the preparation and review of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals

• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure Kenvue's quality systems remain compliant and effective

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 4- 6 years of experience in a related field

• University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Extensive experience with quality control procedures and regulations

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in Quality Management systems e.g., Veeva QualityOne, EtQ
