Coke Florida is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations based out of our Tampa HQ area office.

What You Will Do:

The Director of Commercial Operations will be responsible for daily operations of the commercial routines ensuring timely development and execution of Channel and Customer programs.

Responsible for leading a team of Commercial Operations Managers and Program Execution Managers in support of Customer program development and field execution.

Implement planning and stewardship routines working collaboratively with Customer Teams, Field Sales, PGM, Supply Chain/Packaging, Media, and CCNA Franchise to strategically develop and deliver Coke Florida Commercial plans.


* Requires a unique combination of brand, channel, and customer marketing expertise.


* Responsible for localizing national pillar programs and regional assets in development of Customer programs around Consumer passions.


* Understands the value of Local Customer Development and effectively balances the needs between National/Region chains and the local, Independent Customer base.


* Possesses the ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional peers including Sales, PGM, Manufacturing, Product Supply, Franchise Leadership, etc.


* Knows the value and implements relevant segmentations strategies that leverage marketplace diversity.


* Implements management routines and tracks brand and category performance vs plan; develops gap-fill plans to course correct as needed.
