Description

The China Selfcare PMO Lead is responsible for [product life cycle management including Innovation, Renovation, Support for Marketed Product Projects to support Kenuve China Selfcare business growth.

Manage mid-size PMO team and close collaboration with E2E team for new product development and execution, track innovation sufficiency, facilitate Portflio Management Review top meetings, act as key contact from China to AP regional and Global Governance Forum for project topics.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead mid-size PMO team for 40-100 projects per yr for selfcare innovation, renovation, support for Marketed Products and ensure projects delivery per business target.


* Drive team capability building, pipeline planning, resource level loading to ensure all in healthy level and uplift team capability to industry benchmark.


* Drive China Selfcare Products Portflio Management Review and high engagement with Commercial VP for strategic decision making and continuously improve product and financial performance.

Deep involvement in Integrated Business Planning Program and handshake with Demand Review, Supply Review for risk & opportunities from Porflio review.


* Deploy Global New Operating Model for project gate review and ensure discipline and accuracy in project update.

Act as key contact from China to AP region for KPI review (dashboard, investment, priority) and Innovation sufficiency discussion.

Act as key contact from China to Global PMO and to Global Governance Forum for Project gate review, Brand Decision Team discussion if any need.


* Close collaboration with local E2E functions to steer project flawless execution, gain insights from commercial, R&D, RA and Operations key stakeholders for proactive risk & opportunity identification and continuously reflect and improve way of working for agility and efficency.

Regular connect regional and global stakeholder to ensure on same page with aliged priority and intime support for China.

Required Qualifications


* 5 yrs Strong People leadership for mid-size team


* 3 yrs Experience in Pharmacutical OTC or Medical Device industry with insights of industry innovation trend


* Strong Program and Project management experience


* Bachlor degree and above in Pharmacetical, Science, Engineering

Desired Qualifications


* Bachlor degree and above, Pharm / Medical background preferred


* PMP / FPX certified as mandatory, proven experience of leading multiple high complexity program


* Strong people leadership with passion for talent development


* Good stakeholder management with business, cross-functions, regoinal and global contacts


* Strong ownership, daring spirit and outside in focus


* Fluent in English, proven excellent
