We are searching for the best talent for Analyst, Integrated Business Planning to be in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with partners to ensure capital expenditures and inventory align with platform targets and anticipated savings.


* Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O)


* Conversion of local investment plans to into upstream set demand signals


* Support strategic PIPO Projects


* Drive & Support execution of key commercial and supply chain initiatives in alignment with line leaders, focusing on critical Supply chain KPIs and goals



* Asset Management Process Deployment:
+ Forecasting: Ensure accountability for accurate Demand Signal for optimized capex forecasting.
+ Execution: Collaborate with Sourcing and Distribution teams on optimise asset utilisation


* Ensure adherence to Monthly IBP Cycle including Life Cycle management, Commercial review meetings, Regional Handover, Risks and Opportunities planning


* Key business partner to the commercial organisation, ensuring customer and commercial investment needs are optimally planned and delivered through the end-to-end supply chain.

Performance Measurement:


* Meet established targets for Inventory, Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB), and Capital Expenditure (Capex).


* Achieve forecasting targets


* Order book management for upstream forecast


* Maintain Warehouse Capacity across multiple locations


* Improve overall asset performance


* Adhere to IBP review timelines.

Experience and Skills required


* A Can Do - Growth Mindset


* Analytical and structured approach


* Excellent IT skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
