Responsibilities:

As a key Leader of the R&D Data Science & Digital Health organization, you will report to the Chief R&D Data Science Officer to design and implement the Artificial Intelligence Transformation Agenda.

You will be responsible for shaping AI implementation strategy, building enterprise-wide AI capabilities to accelerate wide adoption, ensuring responsible AI implementation, and driving large-scale AI adoption across the organization.

Leveraging your expertise in AI-driven business transformation, you will collaborate with R&D divisions, HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and IT and Innovative Medicine stakeholders to enhance data and AI literacy programs and ensure AI implementation aligns with J&J’s global AI vision.
