We are searching for the best talent for OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN ll (SECOND SHIFT)

Purpose: Independently, or under limited or null supervision, works on complex by nature assignments, which require considerable criteria, judgment and initiative in order to solve problems and issue recommendations.

The operations technician is responsible for maintaining, complete setups and repairs of the equipment of the production lines.

He/she is responsible for ensuring that all the nonplanned maintenance work assigned to him/her for all the production equipment is performed, keeping the expected levels of the Department in the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) making observations and communicating them to his/her supervisor for their correction

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations
and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Is responsible for the adjustments/setup of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.


* Provides support to manufacturing for the timely repair of equipment and machinery.


* Performs corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance activities according to the approved methods and documentation.
