Responsibilities


* Work with leadership and product teams to schedule and facilitate streamlined agile events such as Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews.


* Ensure agile events and ceremonies are not only scheduled but are also organized, efficient and highly productive, creating an environment where collaboration thrives.


* Work closely with leadership and teams to gather insightful data and metrics around team commitments and execution.

Provide data to help functions stay accountable based on defined Objectives and Key Results (OKR's).


* Collaborate seamlessly across various teams with CHG to identify and remove impediments and roadblocks that may hinder the teams' progress.


* Demonstrate a robust understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle to help guide the team through each phase seamlessly.


* Leverage strong experience in facilitating collaborative conversations across teams, particularly those with diverse engineering capabilities, including AWS and Salesforce environments.


* Partner with engineering leaders and product management to safeguard defined scope and ensure clarity in requirements for successful planning and estimation.


* Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills and techniques to ensure functions are consistently aligned during agile events.


* A positive influence helping team members achieve results and continually improve.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


* 5-8+ years' related work experience


* Demonstrate a track record of success as a Scrum Master in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


* Possess in-depth understanding of agile methodologies, applying them effectively to drive team success.


* Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating collaboration across diverse team priorities and capabilities.


* Scrum Master certification or PM certification preferred.
