Vice President Of Sales

Job Description

Our partner is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead sales efforts and accelerate adoption of its eco-friendly bottling systems in non-commercial foodservice channels, particularly Travel, Leisure & Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Large Office/Workplace.

The ideal candidate will have:



* Deep expertise in these channels and beverage system sales (especially water).


* A proven track record selling operator-run systems (e.g., coolers, dispensing systems, reusable container water systems).


* An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with innovation, and experience in both start-up and corporate environments.


* A history of quickly scaling a business collaboratively, balancing future capabilities without overburdening the P&L.


* Cross-functional skills to execute the President's commercial vision while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Leadership.


* Experience with HubSpot CRM, a passion for sustainability, and established industry connections.


* Flexibility and travel required

Preferred qualifications include experience with companies like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, KDP, Nestle Waters, Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark, or selling to luxury hotel chains (e.g., Four Seasons, Mandarin).

A current book of executive-level relationships in target channels is a plus.

The role requires up to 70% travel, initially within the US, with potential expansion.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through your established network, industry expertise, and creative outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospective clients in target sectors.


* Strategic Sales Leadership: Proactively design and implement innovative sales strategies, utilizing your current book of business to drive rapid revenue growth and exceed company objectives focused on sustainable hydration solutions.


* Commercial Program Creation: Develop and launch a comprehensive commercial program, including pricing structures, sales funnels, and customer acquisition strategies, to maximize profitability and market penetration.


* Client Relationships: Capitalize on your existing book of business to secure immediate wins while cultivating long-term partnerships with key accounts (e.g., Tesla, Four Seasons) through tailored solutions.


* CRM Management: Leverage expertise in HubSpot CRM to streamline sales processes, track team performance, manage customer relationships, and optimize lead generation efforts.


* Market Analysis: Take the lead in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine tactics that accelerate adoption of the Boomerang Bottling System.


* Sustainability Advocacy: Act as a self-motivated brand ambassador, articulating the environmental and operational benefits of our system to both existing contacts and new leads.
