Consulting Services- Electrical Engineering Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000-204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Consulting business of Schneider Electric delivers electrical power system solutions including protection, control, and automation projects, power system design, system studies and customer facility assessments.

Being the growth engine of Schneider Electric Services, Consulting also develops and launches new offers that digitize and automate our customer's electrical power system.

The Consulting Services Electrical Engineering Manager directly manages approximately 12 power system engineers.

This position is responsible for all engineering project execution in their territory, collaborating with the sales and business development teams to grow the business in the assigned area, and supporting business improvement initiatives.

The Consulting Services Electrical Engineering Manager is responsible for:


* Operational efforts including effective resource management, project management, standards compliance, and project forecasting/backlog management.


* Overall utilization of the engineers in the area, assigning projects to the engineers based on capacity and skills, and ensuring that technical and administrative standards are followed.


* Sets and manages performance goals, performs reviews, and corrects behavior to achieve the group goals.


* Lead safety efforts within the area, identifies the engineers' technical development needs, and facilitates training for direct reports.


* Build a customer-centric organization that creates trusted advisor relationships with our customers in order to achieve long-term relationships.
