Facilities Coordinator, Temp

The Facilities Coordinator, Temp is responsible for the safety, maintenance, reporting of repair needs, adjustments and general condition of offices (furniture, cubicles, walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.).

Provides outstanding customer service, communication and problem solving to all situations.

This is a temporary position expected to end on August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities


* Present a positive first impression of the company when greeting individuals contacting the company, whether in person or by phone


* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls accurately and promptly to facilitate office productivity and caller satisfaction


* This is an in-office position


* Ensure facility is in good repair, safe, free of clutter, and always has a professional appearance



* Acquires first-hand customer information and uses it to improve customer service


* Maintain or coordinate maintenance and/or cleaning of facility and property


* Report building and grounds issues to property management using software


* Follow-up on solution of reported building issues


* Move furniture, filing cabinets, and other office fixtures as needed


* Make adjustments to cubicles as needed


* Coordinate paper recycling and document shredding


* Set up tables and chairs as needed to accommodate company meetings


* Participate in performing team tasks as needed


* Process payment requests for vendors in a timely fashion


* Maintain proper inventory of supplies in all kitchens

Qualifications


* High mechanical aptitude


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently


* Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, MUST comply with all driving laws


* Ability to interact with vendor, visitors, team members, and other CHG Healthcare employees in a courteous, respectful, and business-like manner


* Respond quickly, calmly and efficiently to emergency and problem situations


* Report daily activities to his/her immediate supervisor either verbally or written as requested


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers


* Comfortable and confident using multiple systems (i.e.

Microsoft Office Suite and other internal systems)


* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize own daily tasks


* Strong engagement and participation in CHG's culture


* Strong team player when needed and capable of cross-training to back-up team members
