The Contract Administrator is respo n s i b l e f or reading and interpreting contracts, including but not limited to, staffing agreements, vendor agreements, RFPs, and solicitations, and for the preparation of revisions and/or amendments to address actual or potential issues regarding terms and conditions, reporting requirements, insurance requirements, indemnity, and or contract performance.

Responsibilities


* Review/revise contractual documents, terms and conditions for compliance with company policy


* Develop professional and dependable relationships with both internal departments and external clients


* Act as a point of contact for internal departments to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process to conclusion


* Actively participate in meetings necessary to finalize contractual terms.


* Assist in updating and maintaining contract templates

Qualifications


* Basic understanding of contracts, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle


* Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


* Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision
