Your Responsibilities as a Treatment Nurse:

? Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans
? Administer wound treatments, dressings, and preventive care
? Monitor and document resident progress and wound healing
? Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and management
? Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes
? Ensure compliance with facility protocols, state, and federal regulations
? Participate in wound rounds, infection control measures, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

✔ Active LVN or RN license in California
✔ Previous wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred
✔ Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
✔ Passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
✔ A team player with a proactive and compassionate approach
