Alta Material Handling is looking for a full-time Inventory Control and Wholesale Administrator.

The successful candidate will be an energetic and ambitious team player who will work with Inventory Control, Wholesale, and Remarketing.

Responsibilities:


* Support Inventory Control and Wholesale Operations


* Order and data entry


* Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets


* Invoicing of orders


* Purchase equipment


* Track inventory


* File organization and management


* Vendor communication as needed


* Ordering office supplies


* Assisting the Remarketing and Lease-end teams as needed


* Travel: 10% or less


* Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time


* Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities


* Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Qualifications:


* Associate's degree and/or 2-4 years of experience required.

Recent college graduate with 4 -year degree preferred


* Professional business experience is highly desired


* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Must be able to quickly apply training received


* Technical background with good computer skills


* Accounting experience with budgeting and forecasts


* Well organized


* Willingness to learn


* Desire to succeed


* Desire to manage others to help them reach their full potential


* Positive, customer focused attitude


* Computer Skills - Extend/ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.


* Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


* Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


* Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
