This role reports into the above-mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home or from a NORR office.

This position requires the individual to be within commuting distance from our NORR Detroit office to attend site visits and client meetings.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial architectural projects ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will be the main client contact applying your knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, zoning regulations, building codes, materials and systems.

This position is exposed to a variety of flexible and hybrid building occupancies, corporate, governmental, and medical offices, data and distribution centers, and a range of commercial architectural projects.

Architectural education and prior work experience is required.

You will be asked to provide leadership of multi-disciplined teams, monitor project performance, and forecast revenue using your interpersonal skills alongside a sound understanding of project financials.
