Coordinator, Senior Project

Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems.

The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.

The Senior Project Coordinator will provide project management and technical support for the operation and construction of Enterprise's plants and pipelines in the T.E.

Products Central/Northern regions.

The position, under the direction of the Manager and more senior engineers, ensures facility upgrades and changes are designed and constructed in accordance with the Company's Engineering Guidelines and Specifications, industry codes and standards, and regulatory agency requirements while also meeting functionality and performance requirements.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


* Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established policies and procedures.


* Supervises the activities of subordinates including outside consultants, inspectors, vendors, and contractors.


* Prepares requests for proposal for outside consultants; prepare bid packages, reviews bids, conducts consultant selection process, and makes recommendation for award of contract.


* Assists with project procurement, providing input and developing specifications and scopes, coordinating with stakeholders and (Supply Chain Management) SCM.


* Coordinates and drives project activities; assigns tasks and provides guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project.


* At times, works at the direction or alongside of other project managers or engineers to execute projects in a matrixed organization,


* Oversees assigned projects to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.


* Monitors project costs and schedule to ensure that the project does not exceed the approved budget and stays within prescribed timeline.


* Reviews the work of consultant(s) to ensure that Enterprise Products' standards and contractual requirements are being met.


* Ensures compliance with all steps of OSHA 1910.119 / Process Safety Management and DOT regulations.
