J&J Medtech is hiring for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations for Trauma, Extremities, Foot & Ankle, and Joint Reconstruction located in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  In this role, the manager will lead work to optimize the business of Trauma & Extremities for JNJ MedTech through sales support and commercial execution activities.  In addition, this role will be a key driver of commercial strategy at the local level for the Foot & Ankle Sales Leader, local Trauma sales leaders, and marketing.

 This includes responsibility for aligning to the business strategies in their geography in partnership with sales leadership and internal business partners.

The goal for each region will be to drive to a working regional P&L view to ensure data driven decisions are transparent to all stakeholders.

Business Planning & Reporting


* Support Sales Leaders for commercial Business Planning for their geography leveraging consistent business planning processes and tools, to include segmentation, targeting, account planning and forecasting
