DePuy Synthes is looking for 5 Co-Ops for the Fall 2025 cycle.

The co-ops will be split among 4 different departments, each with their own unique contributions to the site’s value streams.

2 Co-Ops will be assigned to a site expansion team working to double the manufacturing capabilities of our facility.

1 Co-op will work with the Manufacturing Process Team to improve and optimize current manufacturing processes.

2Co-Ops will support The End-to-End Project team and End-to-End Delivery team with Engineering and Capital Equipment Projects such as equipment validations and New Product Introductions (NPI).

These are all In-Office positions and are not eligible for Remote or Hybrid work.

The Engineering Co-op will:


* Assist in process, project, and / or quality activities across the manufacturing network


* Become involved in the day-to-day functions of a medical device manufacturing facility


* Develop a range of business documents including but not limited to validation protocols, engineering studies...
