We are searching for the best talent for Team Leader And Product Manager Psychiatry to be in Shfayim

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader who will also serve as the Spravato Product Manager.

In this dual role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to promote our Spravato business while managing the capabilities of the sales force and leading them towards achieving sales excellence.

Team Leader: 70% of the time (3 days per week in the field)

Product Manager: 30% of the time

Key Responsibilities:



* Lead the sales team to achieve excellence by coaching, supporting their development, and enhancing their sales capabilities, ensuring field implementation aligns with approved strategies.


* Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and participate in forecasting processes.


* Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.


* Define and execute tactical marketing plans to optimize product performance and maintain our share of voice.

Collaborate with the TA manager to create promotional materials, campaigns, newsletters, and more.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
