We are searching for the best talent for Operational Excellence Leader to be in Yokneam

Job Description:


* Translating site and operations needs and strategy into multi disciplinary work plan


* Building integrative work plans and maintaining them regularly


* Lead organizational excellence and continues improvement plan


* Will lead site operations risk management, analysing bottlenecks, and critical paths


* Synchronizing work interfaces in multiple activities on site operations and services


* Creating a comprehensive project status and providing visibility to management and clients for major projects


* Lead site operations indicators and data management :  KPI’S , Annual and quarterly work plans, Indicators and more

Job Requirements:


* BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, or alternatively, economical, or logistical degree


* At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in large corp.

 organizations – required


* Familiarity with Lean planning and control methodologies – Agile/Lean/Six Sigma


* Familiarity with planning and control tools such as MS Project/Primavera – required


* Systemic thinking, ability to analyse and understand processes


* Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and ability to work both independently and in a team


* Proven track record of overseeing complex projects and initiatives and driving organizational change


* Strong capacities in Microsoft , SAP , AI and Business administration tools


* Fluent English  


* Excellent presentations skills
