What you will do

The Assistant Key Account Manager/ Key Account Manager, General trade is responsible for achieving product sales to new and established national/key accounts to achieve sales objectives and market penetration.

This job is eligible for sales incentives:

Key Responsibilities


* Maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors.


* Plan, direct, and coordinate sales and marketing programs in assigned territory.


* Strengthen partnerships with key customers and distributors to achieve sales targets.


* Leverage shopper insights, merchandising opportunities, and promotional events.


* Support the development of effective distribution strategies and inventory management.


* Manage and guide distributor sales representatives to drive business results.


* Creates a tactical plan to achieve objectives through the sales and servicing of key accounts.


* Contacts and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.


* Conduct regular visits to customer locations to gather market insights.


* Continue rapid business development through working closely with our key customers and distributor to achieve designated territory sales target distribution and merchandising objectives.


* Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities with speed and excellence.


* Support the development of effective distribution and maintain healthy inventory system in the trade.


* Manage distributor's sales rep in achieving business results

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree (Business-related course preferred).


* Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade/ Wholesaler.

Modern Trade experience will be advantageous.
