Functional Coordinator

YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Vice President, Human Resources, the job holder is required to - 

Responsibilities:


* Provide full coordination and administrative support to Vice President, Human Resources and the Human Resources Division


* Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings or events as required including agenda preparation, travel and accommodation and all logistics arrangements


* Prepare notes, materials and slides for presentation, which requires individual judgement and creativity


* Provide basic analysis into HR-related data and information


* Collate data for HR reports (both country and regional) and other required documentation to ensure deadlines are complied with properly


* Process purchase requisitions for the Human Resources Division


* Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system that provides quick and efficient reference


* Undertake any other function-related duties and tasks as assigned                                                                                                 

 

YOUR PROFILE



* Diploma holder or above with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in serving senior executives in multi-national companies 


* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)


* Strong communication skills, able to speak clearly, confidentially and listen attentively


* Effective interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of stakeholders with good networking


* Good proficiency in PC applications  


* Good time management skills, able to prioritize and organize tasks well
