Talent Acquisition Specialist (Professional)
This position supports our corporate professional positions. (Hybrid) in-office 3 days a week.
General Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic recruiting solutions designed to attract top-quality talent.
You will develop and foster meaningful relationships to ensure a clear understanding of the strategic direction of our business and develop plans to effectively source talent to meet our current and future business needs.
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience, strategically identifying candidate needs, advising on appropriate offer presentation, and closing offers to attain top quality talent.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions including but not limited to developing and activating candidate pipelines, leveraging technology, and social media/search engine channels
2.
Lead and maintain responsibility for the integrity of the talent assessment process including resume screening, advanced competency-based phone interviews, consensus meetings, and hiring results
3.
Serve as a key influencer, building strategic partnerships and leveraging data and research to achieve quality of hire, time to fill, customer and candidate satisfaction
4.
Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, including a communication strategy to engage candidates
5.
Create and execute proactive recruitment strategies to navigate through challenging and high demand roles within competitive markets and industries
6.
Actively participate in local career fair events and campus recruiting
Job Specifications
1.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in recruiting in an agency or corporate environment
2.
5+ years recruitment experience utilizing technology and social channels to source candidates. ATS systems experience (UKG/Ultipro preferred)
3.
CPG recruitment experience preferred
