DESCRIPTION

Michael Baker International is seeking a talented Regional Rail Construction Services Leaderto lead and oversee initiatives, staff, and projects related to the construction of rail infrastructure throughout our Mid-Atlantic region and will spend significant time in our Maryland and Northern Virginia offices, as well as a variety of project locations.

This position will directly support close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and consulting services.

The Regional Rail Construction Services Lead will supervise the planning, coordination, and implementation of railway, civil, and bridge construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent client interaction skills who can assemble and lead teams for delivery of rail infrastructure projects managing various aspects to include business development, scope and fee development, staffing plan development, project oversight, quality management, and financial performance responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Cultivate positive client relationships within the region and serve as liaison with the larger Rail and Transit practice nationwide.
