Coke Florida is looking for a Logistics Manager based out of our St.

Pete location.

Working Monday- Friday from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional nights and weekends.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and strategic planning for the logistics of the warehouse and distribution teams in collaboration with the sales teams.

This position will report to the Territory Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:


* Develop and lead local distribution and warehouse planning process


* Responsible for overseeing staffing levels, training, evaluate and development of team members


* Participate in employee development at all levels through activities such as talent acquisition, training, performance management, communication and expectation setting


* Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures


* Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the territory to ensure productivity targets are achieved


* Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels and minimizing product loss (BD&L)


* Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols


* Establish distribution goals, manage all delivery and warehouse business indicators and review processes regularly


* Work with the appropriate teams, such as Dispatch and Planning to ensure route plans and order processes are maintained and improved
