Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence team supporting our Medical business unit.

This role will work cross functionally with key customers including account managers, cost accounting, global operations, and customer service to help maintain and drive profitable business through cost analysis, quote generation, and economic research.

This is an in-person or hybrid role expected to be on-site a minimum of 2-3 days/week at our Hudson, Wisconsin St.

Croix Meadows location.

What You Will Do



* Support the sales and operations organization by analyzing costs and market data in conjunction with the business strategy; offering pricing insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.


* Play a pivotal role in the tracking and reporting of pricing impacts to leadership.


* Utilize advanced pricing software and tools for accurate pricing calculations and analysis.

Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure data integrity.


* Work alongside other functions to track inflationary impacts across different regions related to materials, labor, energy and more.


* Be a leader for any pricing activity helping ensure all sustaining part numbers or RFQs are reviewed annually and in a timely manner.

This includes the cost analysis and approval of price changes within the pricing software.


* Championing and effectively applying the Principle Based Management philosophy, particularly as it relates to economic thinking and mutual benefit.


* Develop key relationships with cross functional teams.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or sales OR 3+ years of relevant experience


* Ability to manage large datasets and formulate actionable insights through analysis.


* Understanding of macroeconomic trends as it relates to strategy development.


* Experience with SAP and a demonstrated ability developing excel models.
