Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Orthopaedics are looking for a VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (VRAS) Specialist.
Region: Midlands, Nottingham, Bedford and surrounding areas supporting key accounts.

Role Purpose:

As a VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (VRAS) Specialist, you will serve as the clinical and technical expert for VRAS.

You’ll work directly with surgeons and nursing teams during a comprehensive Hypercare period, ensuring an accounts seamless transition to robotic-assisted surgery for Knee replacements.
Your role will include:


* Leading the installation and onboarding process for the VRAS system.


* Delivering exceptional clinical and technical support during initial procedures.


* Building strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, while collaborating with our Joints Team to onboard customers.


* Supporting promotional activities to prospective customers at Local and National congresses and events


* Reporting to the VELYS Sales and Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of orthopaedic robotics within J&J.

What you will be doing:


* Act as the VRAS product expert, presenting solutions to a variety of stakeholders across NHS and private healthcare in collaboration with Joints and Capital Sales teams.


* Manage installation logistics and provide technical service to ensure a smooth customer experience.


* Guide surgical teams through their initial robotic procedures, sharing best practices and fostering confidence in the technology.


* Deliver comprehensive training to hospital departments, including sterile processing and engineering teams.
