Location/Region: This position is located in Dublin, CA office.
Must be in the office 5 days a week from 7 am -3:30 pm.
What's the role?
As a Warehouse Lead , you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in the Logistics Department.
The Warehouse Lead will offer technical, administrative, and operational assistance to the material handling processes within the Logistics Department, providing strong support to the supervisor.
The individual in this role is responsible for ensuring that operational objectives are achieved efficiently and timely.
Works closely with the supervisor and team to align efforts and meet daily departmental objectives.

• Support material handlers to ensure productivity meets organizational demand.
In the absence of the supervisor, assign daily work duties as needed.
• Ensure that all material movement within areas of responsibility is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with the supervisor and/or manager to ensure that all supplies are ordered and available to meet organizational demand.
• Under the direction of the supervisor and/or manager, receive, store, ship, and delivery materials, supplies, and parts to our business partners as needed.
• Support and lead warehouse 6-S initiatives and programs
• Assist in operational training when needed and update departmental work instructions when required.
• Perform other inbound and outbound tasks as required.
• Monitor administrative tasks related to the MRB process, including:
o Documenting non-conforming materials.
o Coordinating reviews with relevant departments.
o Tracking disposition decisions.
o Maintaining detailed records to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
o Acting as the central point of contact for all MRB activities to ensure smooth operation and accurate documentation of non-conforming materials.
Do you qualify?
* High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Minimum of 2 years of material and logistics operations experience which includes Inventory Control and MRB experience.
* Three (3) years of general computer skills i.e.
Microsoft Office
