Job Summary:

As a member of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, you will work collaboratively across CooperCompanies to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities.

You will provide tools to the management team with analytical support to provide insights to guide the business.

You will contribute to and manage the M&A deal process, along with support of the post-acquisition integration process.

You will also participate in corporate strategic analyses and create materials for key business stakeholders, executive leadership and Board of Directors.
