You have record of achievement in problem solving with production teams and knowledge of data analysis, statistical & process improvement tools.

Knowledge and experience of fasteners testing equipment and practices, metallurgical evaluation procedures, and mechanical inspection equipment.

Quality System experience in Aerospace or another manufacturing environment would make you a strong candidate for this position.

Basic Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field


* Minimum of 7 years' experience with preventive Quality Systems or relative military experience.


* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory level experience over seeing Quality Systems


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Requirements:


* Minimum of 15 years in a manufacturing environment or combination of relevant military experience.


* Preferred ASQ Certifications: CQE, CQM, CRE or CSSBB


* Minimum of 2 years working with NADCAP requirements


* Minimum of 5 years of supervisory level experience over seeing Quality Systems


* Knowledge of Aerospace product/process specification requirements (AMS, ASTM, etc.)


* Experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of quality principles (SPC, TQM, MRB etc.)
