Sr. Manager Data Management Services - CuraScript

CuraScript Specialty Distribution by Evernorth is a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor providing customized business solutions along with managing access to and distribution of pharmaceuticals to community physicians, specialty pharmacies, and health systems.

CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr.

Manager to join its Technology Strategy team.

The Sr.

Manager will be responsible for leading the data management and SAP Analytics Cloud Business Intelligence/Planning teams, collaborating with other technology teams (intake, configuration, delivery, and execution), partnering closely with the Business Insights Team on understanding the needs of business partners to deliver solutions that provide actionable results.

Responsibilities include team development, definition, and execution of data management and BI/Planning strategies, creating and implementing department processes, and working with others to ensure the team is prioritizing and delivering solutions that meet business needs in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have proven track record of developing teams, a strong background in data management along with reporting and analytics, and requirements management; additionally, the candidate will have knowledge in supply chain and distribution management and an understanding of the relationships between SAP Analytics Cloud, S4/HANA, IBP, HANA Cloud DB, CPI, EWM, EDI/IDOCs, and Commerce Cloud.

Leadership:


* Develop and roll out a data management methodology for data availability and usage: training, onboarding, playbooks, templates, guidelines, checklists, and standards.


* Partner with the Business Insights Team on company-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making and the use of analytics.


* Collaborates with managers/directors across the business to understand BI needs and pain points, manage and prioritize work to address those needs.


* Write and conduct employee performance evaluation, make hiring decisions, and carry out supervisory duties.


* Proactively guide, coach, reward employees, and take corrective action to improve employee performance where needed.


* Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire team.


* Develop and implement actionable strategies to help team meet their targets.

Responsibilities:


* Define best practice approach to data management, reporting and analytics, and create a roadmap of initiatives to deliver on strategy ensure data management policies are defined/enforced across all solutions.


* Establish process to manage/govern the usage of various system views (CDS, calculation, consumption, etc.), custom tables (z-tables), and data integrations to drive data reuse.


* Understands technology investment needs and work with cross functional leadership to help ensure benefits are realized.
