Key Responsibilities:


* Provide wound care and treatments as directed by the physician and care plan


* Monitor and document wound progress and skin conditions


* Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed


* Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes


* Educate residents and families on proper wound care and prevention


* Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records and reports

What We're Looking For:


* Active LVN license in the state of California


* Treatment certification preferred, but not required


* Experience in wound care or treatment nursing is a plus


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
