In this role, you will:
* Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and water treatment systems, ensuring uninterrupted support for production activities.
* Energy Management: Monitor and manage the facility’s energy usage, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
Implement energy-saving initiatives such as upgrading equipment and optimizing energy consumption.
* Utility Systems: Ensure the optimal operation of utility systems such as boilers, cooling towers, and other infrastructure critical to the tissue production process.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with local, national, and industry health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
* Sustainability Initiatives: Work with the sustainability and environmental teams to implement initiatives that reduce the facility’s environmental impact, including water conservation, waste reduction, and energy efficiency programs.
* Building and Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of buildings, production areas, storage spaces, and grounds to ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal functioning.
* Support department or everything needs for new project execution.
* Prepare and manage the facility management budget, including costs related to maintenance, utilities, and upgrades.
* Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high operational standards.
