Business Analyst

Impact

As a Business Analyst on our Sales Development & Innovation team, you will drive data-informed decision-making and accelerate Shipt’s success in specialty verticals.

You’ll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to establish KPI standards, develop business intelligence dashboards, and conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth and innovation opportunities; positioning yourself as the specialty vertical expert.

With strong analytical skills, expertise in program data, and a strategic mindset, you’ll be required to develop data-driven solutions, evaluate growth opportunities, and shape the specialty program’s direction to accelerate Shipt’s success.

This position will be directly responsible for reporting on highly effective programs and reports directly to the Senior Enterprise Manager on the Sales Development & Innovation team.

This role will be seated in our Birmingham AL, or Minneapolis, MN office.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful



* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


* 4+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence,  growth operations, or a related field in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business solutions.


* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.


* Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally and securing alignment with leadership.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.


* Ability to perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections.

In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
