We are searching for the best talent for Training Coordinator II to be in Ciudad Juárez, México.

Purpose:

Assists with implementation of stringent quality goals and objectives for the Quality Training department throughout the organization.
Applies functional knowledge of Quality Training standards to develop training that meets regulatory requirements.
Assists with routine collection and dissemination of feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Training processes.
Carries out standard operating procedures related to Quality Training and learning tracks, and disseminates to the organization.
Follows processes to gather Quality Training feedback from across the organization to drive cross-functional recommendations.
Analyzes basic research and data related to regulatory changes, external trends, and strategy.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
