We are searching for the best talent for Analyst Bids & Tenders to be in Mexico City.

Purpose:

Analyst of Bid and Tenders is responsible for working through institutional requirements and empowering distributors to comply with all internal and external guidelines, focusing on operations so that patients can receive our treatments.

You will be responsible for:


* Receives, analyzes, and follows up on support requests from marketing (direct) and distributors (Indirect) to participate in various events (tendering, awards, invitations, and simple quotes) as a priority.


* Conducts a general analysis of different government procurement events by verifying product availability with marketing team , description of medical devices  vs.

materials marketed by Medtech , event validity, delivery dates, and quantities to ensure timely compliance with the documentation required by the institutes and participations through the distributors.


* Requests, collects, verifies, and generates the technical and economic documents required for participation in procurement events according to the marketing strategy defined on the participation.


* Receives, verifies, and responds to requests for quotes for direct sales to public institutions.


* Gather and organize contract formalization documents and send it to the institutes to ensure proper signature.


* Acts as a liaison with the Regulatory Affairs department, requesting updated technical documents for products (extensions, health registrations, label project drafts, artwork, quinquennial payments).


* Use of platforms to review events (CompraNet, portal ISSSTE, etc) and third party information (INEFAM Audits)


* Field support and contract signatures Ad Hoc

Qualifications / Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, economics, or administrative law.
