Nurse Manager
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families, explaining care plans, treatments, and progress.
* Participate in daily team meetings to ensure coordinated care across departments.
* Monitor and adjust care plans based on changing resident needs.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Alaska LN license (RN or LPN).
* At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
