Job Description:

J&J Technology Services is recruiting for a Sr.

Manager – Functional Engineering (FE) to be located in Raritan NJ or New Brunswick NJ.

Are you ready for a new challenge? The FE role is accountable to shape technology strategy and overall delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the Technology Services (TS) team.

The role will work in partnership with Product Group Leaders to manage the backlog, monitor/control the timeliness and enable a high quality of work.

Working across multiple business technology and product line groups, the FE will shape and deliver innovative solutions for the business which will require a balance of technical and business acumen to ensure delivery excellence.

The ServiceNow platform will deliver case management capabilities to J&J’s ~130K employees globally supporting HR, payroll, expense reporting and procurement functions.

This FE role reports to the Director, Technology Solutions and oversees the creation of teams of Technology Services resources to enable business capabilities and outcomes within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

* Partner with Corporate Business Technology value stream leaders and product managers to shape ServiceNow technology solutions.
